Long work hours might put nurses at a higher risk for obesity.
That's what a new study from researchers at the University of Maryland School of Nursing says.
Researchers looked at data from more than 2,000 nurses.
They found more than half of them were obese.
Researchers blamed lack of sleep on the trend, saying you're more likely to make poor health choices when you're tired.
They also say the long hours affected the quality of patient care.
