(RNN) - Ladies, get your plastic ready and get in line. Jason Wu is coming to Target and, while the clothes are sure to be pretty, the experience of buying them may be akin to the Black Friday rush.
High fashion fans who hate the high prices that often accompany their favorite trends know all about Target's clever collaborations with designers – bringing their clothes and the cache of their name at lower prices to a budget conscious audience.
The collection, inspired by the idea of an American girl in Paris, features clothes, scarves and handbags and will range in price from $19.99 to $59.99. Prices fall far below Wu's usual collection - a handbag could run you $2,000 on his website.

"By working with Target I was able to create an accessible collection that reflects my sophisticated design aesthetic" Wu said in a statement.
"As with my main collection, special attention has been considered into every detail and I can't wait to see girls wearing and enjoying the collection."
But many Target deal seekers also remember September's Missoni release that brought the store to its knees. Many shelves were bare by the end of the first day, and the entire Target website buckled under high traffic and crashed.
After the rush, a number of the limited-edition Missoni items found their way to internet auction site eBay, sometimes for triple the amount they were selling for in stores.
Wu's designs, often worn by first lady Michelle Obama, will be available in Target stores from Feb. 5 - March 6 or as long as they last.
