CBS 5 - KPHO Waste Management Open water feature construction underway

It took more than 140,000 recycled golf balls and 1,000 man hours to create the Waste Management Phoenix Open water feature.
It's on the lake of the 18th hole at the Scottsdale TPC.
It weighs nearly eight tons and is 125 feet long by 50 feet wide.
After the tournament, the golf balls will be donated to First Tee of Phoenix.
It's an organization that provides young people an opportunity to develop life skills through golf.
