Weninger named Chandler vice mayor

CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

The City of Chandler has a new vice mayor - effective today.

The Chandler City Council voted unanimously Thursday to namecouncil member, Jeff Weninger to the position which will run throughJan. 10, 2013.

Weninger has been a Chandler resident since 1997 and began histenure on the City Council in June 2006.
