FLAGSTAFF, AZ (AP) -
A Flagstaff company that makes small wind turbines for homes, commercial buildings and even sailboats has hired the city's mayor as its in-house attorney.
Mayor Sara Presler starts her job with Southwest Windpower on Monday.
A city spokeswoman says the City Council isn't expected to take up anything related to Southwest Windpower before Presler leaves office in June. If it does, Presler says she'll recuse herself from any votes and won't participate in the discussion.
Presler is serving her second term as mayor of Flagstaff but has said she won't seek re-election.
She's been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2005.
