A new study shows healthy eating can help ease the hyperactivity of children suffering attention deficit hyperactivity disorder when medications and other methods fail.
The study, published in the journal Pediatrics, looked at previous studies done on the issue.
It found diets that restrict sugar, additives and preservatives can be effective in easing symptoms of ADHD.
But, be warned - researchers said they aren't necessarily a practical alternative to medication and other methods because they are often time consuming and only work well in certain patients.
