Some Valley school cafeterias get poor grades

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

CBS 5 News recently reviewed inspection reports by Maricopa County's Environmental Services Dept. from August 2011 through October 2011. CBS 5 News selected five schools with some of the highest number of "Risk Factors." According to health inspectors, risk factors are considered major health code violations.
