Police: Man arrested in Chandler for licking woman's knee

CHANDLER, AZ (CBS5) -

Police have a man in custody they say admitted to licking a woman's knee in the Intel plant parking lot in Chandler.

Police say the woman fell and scraped her knee while walking to her car Thursday. Police say Martin Canales Soto and two other men helped her up. The others left but Soto followed the woman to her car and after asking to see her injury the woman says Soto licked her scrape and then licked the side of her face several times before she was able to push him off and shut the door.

The victim later identified Soto in a photo and he was booked into jail. Police say Soto faces assault charges.
