Normally, people convicted of wrongdoing don't get to pick their punishment.
That's not the case for Phoenix police officer Jeff Gordon, the son of Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon.
Earlier this month, Jeff Gordon was suspended for four days after an investigation revealed he had sex on the job and inappropriately touched a co-worker.
Instead of serving the suspension he asked that those hours be deducted from his "vacation bank."
His request was approved that same day.
