Police are looking for two brothers who are accused of neglecting their elderly father so badly, he died. They are now wanted on murder charges.
Isaus and Jesus Cedillo and Shannon Solis were supposed to be taking care of 86-year-old Jesus Cedillo-Guerra.
On Aug. 14, 2009, medical crews were called to his house on West Jefferson and found him dead. An emergency room doctor told police Cedillo-Guerra had been severely neglected and had several open sores on his body.
The doctor said it was one of the worst cases of neglect he had ever seen. Prosecutors eventually filed charges against the Cedillo brothers and Solis. Solis was arrested. But the two brothers are still on the run.
A grand jury has issued warrants for their arrest, but they have not been seen. If you have any information where these two brothers might be, you are asked to contact Silent Witness.
