PHOENIX -- Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will be in the Valley on Tuesday to sign copies of her new book, "Going Rogue: An American Life," and people have already started camping out.Palin is scheduled to appear at the Costco on Elliott Road in Tempe from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.The line is supposed to form at 7 p.m. Monday; however, some appear to have disregarded the official start time.The line will be cut off after the first 1,000 people.According to Costco warehouse manager Mary Magel, the event is exclusively for Costco members, and autograph seekers will need to show a receipt to prove they purchased the book at any Costco.Books will also be sold in line for $15.79.Book owners will be allowed to take photographs of the former vice-presidential candidate; however, they can't take photos with her. She also won't personalize the autograph.After Tempe, Palin's next stop on her book tour is Roswell, N.M.According to publisher HarperCollins, the memoir sold 300,000 copies on its first day, and its print run was increased from 1.5 million to 2.5 million copies.
