POSTED: 8:14 am MST March 8, 2007

(Sports Network) - The Atlanta Falcons signed veteran wide receiver Joe Horn on Thursday.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed but the Atlanta Journal-Constituion reported the contract is for at least three years with guaranteed money in the $2 million range.

Horn, a four-time Pro Bowl selection, was released on March 1 by the New Orleans Saints after he reportedly met with the organization regarding a restructure and reduction of his contract.

The 35-year-old Horn joined the Saints as a free agent in 2000 and racked up 7,622 receiving yards on 523 catches with a team-record 50 touchdowns. He ranks second in team history in receptions and yardage and is the club's all- time leader with 27 100-yard receiving games.

Horn, who started 100 of 102 games in New Orleans, finished the 2006 campaign with 37 catches for 679 yards and four TDs.

Horn has been a thorn in the side of the Falcons for the past six seasons in the New Orleans and Atlanta rivalry, hauling in 67 passes for 1,070 yards and five touchdowns.
