PHOENIX -- A Glendale woman said she is worried that her estranged husband, now accused of child molestation, will be able to visit their young kids.Mary Joe Perry has been going through a divorce for the past year with her husband, Robert Perry. She said she recently received a letter from a court conciliator, which suggested Robert Perry get visitations with their children.Mary Joe Perry said she had no problem with the agreement, until she found out that Robert was arrested earlier this month and charged with child molestation."My two daughters are 5 and 6, and he targets kids that age," she said.A Phoenix police report alleges that Robert Perry molested the 4-year-old daughter of his current girlfriend.Investigators also discovered that Robert Perry has a prior conviction of sex crimes against children, stemming from an incident when he was 17 years old and lived in Iowa. For now, he is being held in jail without bond. But Mary Joe Perry said the conciliator's letter acknowledges this, and still suggests that visitations are a possible."What happens when he isn't detained anymore, I mean there's always the future?" she said.
