MESA, Ariz. -- Mesa police have arrested Shannon Delahousie, 36, on charges of assaulting a 10-year-old girl who had been fighting with her daughter at a bus stop.A police report obtained by CBS 5 News said Delahousie "broke up the fight by grabbing the 10-year-old victim by the hair and throwing her against the bus."Delahousie, her daughter, her son and his friend then followed the victim home, according to the police report.Police said Delahousie then had her son and his friend pin down the victim, while "she grabbed her daughter's arm and used it to punch the victim in the face several times."The report said the victim was able to break free when her aunt intervened.Delahousie was in jail Wednesday night.At their Mesa apartment Wednesday night, her ex-husband, Chris Delahousie, said she is innocent."She doesn't even hit our kids; doesn't spank them. If anything happens, then I'm the one to do it," he said.Delahousie is charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
