PHOENIX -- Red-light cameras have temporarily disappeared from Phoenix intersections, authorities said.The 12 cameras were removed Tuesday after American Traffic Solutions lost its contract with the city of Phoenix, ATS confirmed.The company said it lost the contract by 75 cents.A representative with the city of Phoenix said officials are also re-evaluating where the new cameras should be placed.
