OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. -- A man who disappeared from his Old Saybrook vacation home Friday morning has been located in the storage room of a Phoenix, Ariz. grocery store, police said.Douglas Rudsinski, 66, of Matteson, Il., was last seen at his Chalker Beach vacation home early Friday morning.Police said Rudsinski has a serious medical condition and may have difficulty communicating verbally.Police said Rudsinski was found in the storage room of the Safeway Grocery Store on East Greenway Road in Phoenix on Monday.Store employees contacted police, who then interviewed Rudsinski. They said when checking his name in the national crime information database, they saw he was listed as a missing and endangered person.Rudsinski was taken to an area hospital for a medical evaluation and treatment.Old Saybrook police said they were working to determine how Rudsinski got to Arizona.
