PHOENIX -- Pinal County deputies arrested a man on burglary charges after discovering allegedly stolen property at his Queen Creek home, authorities said.According to a news release from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, Taylor Morrison Homes first reported a burglary at its Skyline Ranch subdivision in Florence on June 17. The stolen furniture was valued between $10,000 and $12,000, and the burglar had caused more than $2,600 worth of damage.The first break in the case came June 22 when the subdivision's superintendent glimpsed what he believed was a piece of the stolen furniture in a neighboring garage, deputies said.After serving a search warrant, deputies arrested Joshua Griffin, 36, on 17 felony charges, including burglary, possession of stolen property, criminal damage, theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Griffin was booked into jail and released after posting a $10,000 bond.
