PHOENIX -- A man has been indicted in connection with a 2006 crash in Surprise that left three people dead, the county attorney's office said.Justion Draper was charged with three counts of manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault.Draper was traveling about 30 miles over the posted speed limit when his vehicle collided with another, causing the deaths of the driver and passenger, along with a passenger in Draper's vehicle, according to a probable cause statement filed by Surprise police.Another passenger in Draper's vehicle was also seriously hurt.All of the victims were teenagers.
