GLENDALE, Ariz. -- A stabbing at an apartment complex has left one person dead and another wounded, said Officer Karen Gerardo of the Glendale Police Department.

Gerardo said a 911 caller brought officers to the apartment at 5190 N. 55th Ave. at about 4:45 a.m. Monday.

"They found two people inside," Gerardo said. "One was dead and another was hurt."

Gerardo said officers are trying to collect information and determine what sparked the stabbing.
