PHOENIX -- Johnathan Hock, 20, has been indicted in connection with a sexual assault that was broadcast on the Internet, County Attorney Andrew Thomas announced Tuesday.Hock is accused of sexually assaulting the 20-year-old woman in her bed on Feb. 26, 2009 and broadcasting the attack on the Internet using a webcam, according to the probable cause statement filed by Phoenix police.The woman was described in the probable cause statement as Hock's girlfriend of two weeks who was unconscious from drinking alcohol and had been sleeping four to five hours. The woman learned of the alleged attack via text message from friends who saw the attack on the Internet, the probable cause statement says.Police investigated and arrested Hock on June 1. A grand jury on Friday indicted Hock on two counts of sexual assault and one count of voyeurism."This alleged conduct has rightly shocked the community," Thomas said. "Our office will seek justice for the victim as well as send a message that this behavior will not be tolerated."
