PHOENIX -- A 20-year-old man was arrested on Monday on suspicion of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman live on the Internet, Phoenix police said.John Hock was booked into jail on two counts of sexual assault, one count of kidnapping and one count of unlawful surreptitious photo, local television station KPHO reported.Police said the assault happened on Feb. 26, and the victim alerted authorities in early March.According to a probable cause statement released by Phoenix police, Hock set up a computer with a webcam and sexually assaulted a woman he knew as she was passed out from drinking alcohol.Hock then signed into a Web account and posted the sexual assault on the Internet, police said.Police said the video was later posted to a Web site where it was repeatedly played until the site pulled it off.According to police, Hock raped the woman in her own bedroom after she had been asleep for four to five hours. The victim told police she learned about the video after receiving numerous text messages from her friends. She said she then signed onto the Web site and found photos of Hock lying next to her as she was nude from the waist down, the statement said.Phoenix police said they obtained the five-minute video and heard Hock comment about how the victim was completely passed out and how he can have sex with her without her knowledge.
