A man has been arrested in Scottsdale on suspicion he offered gold coins for sale on eBay but would not deliver the product, police said.

Kenneth Zwolinski, 50, was booked into jail on five five fraud-related and three theft-related charges, Scottsdale police said.

Zwolinski is accused of pocketing $55,000 from eight different out-of-state victims since July 2007, officers said.

Scottsdale police had attempted to find Zwolinski at a number of places throughout the Valley with no luck.

On Friday night, police conducted a surveillance operation at his home and found he was there. They took Zwolinski into custody without incident.
