PHOENIX -- The White House has released President Barack Obama's schedule as he plans a Valley visit to deliver the commencement address Wednesday at Arizona State University.Air Force One plans to land at Sky Harbor International Airport at 5:50 p.m. on May 13. He will depart at 9:35 p.m., the White House said.The airport arrival is closed to the public.Obama will address a graduating class of more than 8,000, along with their families and friends, at ASU's spring commencement ceremonies at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.Count on complete coverage from CBS 5 News and KPHO.com Many in the university’s graduating class will be the first in their family to earn a college degree.ASU recently announced it is expanding its most important financial aid program and renaming it the President Barack Obama Scholars Program.The program will provide funding for direct costs to all academically qualified Arizona freshmen from families that earn less than $60,000, the university said.Covered costs – minus expected family contribution – include tuition, fees, books, and room and board. Obama Scholars also will have a work-study campus job requirement as part of the total aid package.
