PHOENIX -- A north Phoenix high school teacher has been arrested on suspicion of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student, police said on Tuesday.Tom Krepelka, 46, was booked into jail on charges of child molestation and sexual conduct with a minor.It's not known how long the alleged relationship lasted, police said.Officers said they are trying to determine if there are any other victims, said Sgt.
