5 People Ejected I-17 Crash
SUV Rolls Down Embankment

BLACK CANYON CITY, Ariz. -- A car crash in the northbound lanes of Interstate 17 about two miles north of Black Canyon City Sunday morning sent several people to the hospital.First reports into 911 came from motorists in passing vehicles who told dispatchers they saw a vehicle down a cliff that was on fire.When rescue crews arrived, they found five people had been ejected from an SUV that hit the guardrail and rolled down a steep embankment.One person was flown to the hospital. Four others were taken by ambulance.No names have been released. Officers also have not yet released the cause of the crash.
