PHOENIX -- Phoenix police arrested 14 people Tuesday as part of an anti-prostitution program.Michele Dominique; Miguel Duran; Raul Aguilar; Mary Holden; Juan Benavidez; Espiridion Serna; Armando Gutierrez; Ramona Sullins; Teresa Thomas; Ray Palmer; Angela Donathan; Felipe Perez-Silva; Ramon Tarazon; and Mario Cruz-Gonzales were arrested on prostitution-related charges.The program focused on suspected prostitutes and "johns" between 10th Avenue and 15th Avenue on Van Buren Street, and 15th Avenue to 31st Avenue on Buckeye Road, police said.
