GLENDALE, Ariz. -- A woman is in the hospital suffering a gunshot wound after someone opened fire on her home, police said.

The victim was shot in the arm, said Jim Toomey of the Glendale Police Department.

The shooter drove by the victim's home near 64th Lane and Camelback Road Friday morning and fired dozens of rounds into the home, then fled, Toomey said.

Police said they don't have much information yet about the shooter or the motive.
