PHOENIX -- Buckeye police arrested a 65-year-old man for repeatedly molesting a young girl, authorities said.Officers charged David Middlemas, a transient with no permanent address, with two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, with a maximum prison sentence of 70 years.Middlemas admitted to FBI agents that he had molested the girl in Maricopa County and overseas, police said.According to officers, the investigation began when a social worker from Child Protective Services alerted a Buckeye detective after a relative of the young girl reported the molestation.The victim was taken to the Southwest Family Advocacy Center after the investigation began.
