Arrested Pair Tied To T-Mobile Burglaries

CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Chandler police arrested two men early Thursday in connection with a rash of burglaries at T-Mobile stores in the east Valley.Officers from the Chandler police property crimes unit said they caught Ralph Boone, 26, and Warren Johnson, 25, both of Phoenix, burglarizing a T-Mobile Store at 7131 W. Ray Road.Undercover detectives said they observed the pair arrive at the store, pull out a sledgehammer and smash the front window to gain entry into the store.A short time later, officers with the property crimes unit, along with two police dogs, moved in and arrested the pair without incident.Detectives said the men have been connected to a rash of burglaries of T-Mobile stores in Mesa and Gilbert. The pair was dressed in all black, and wore ski masks and gloves.
