Chandler police arrested two men early Thursday in connection with a rash of burglaries at T-Mobile stores in the east Valley.

Officers from the Chandler police property crimes unit said they caught Ralph Boone, 26, and Warren Johnson, 25, both of Phoenix, burglarizing a T-Mobile Store at 7131 W. Ray Road.

Undercover detectives said they observed the pair arrive at the store, pull out a sledgehammer and smash the front window to gain entry into the store.

A short time later, officers with the property crimes unit, along with two police dogs, moved in and arrested the pair without incident.

Detectives said the men have been connected to a rash of burglaries of T-Mobile stores in Mesa and Gilbert. The pair was dressed in all black, and wore ski masks and gloves.
