Bees Swarm Ambulance After Attack

FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. -- A swarm of bees ambushed two men Wednesday, then attacked the firefighters who arrived to treat them.The men were working in the garage of a Fountain Hills home around 7 p.m. when the bees attacked. One of the men made it inside the house and called 911.When emergency crews arrived, the bees swarmed the ambulance and stung three paramedics inside.Firefighters said they had to call a second ambulance when they were unable to get the bees out of the first.One of the original victims was transported to the hospital; the other refused treatment.
