Carjacking Suspects Hunted At Grand Canyon

GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, Ariz. -- Authorities are searching inside the Grand Canyon National Park for two brothers suspected in a carjacking.The National Park Service said a man called the Grand Canyon's emergency dispatch center Monday evening to report that he and a passenger had been carjacked on the South Rim.He said two men had taken his vehicle at gunpoint and headed west toward Grand Canyon Village.The men matched witness descriptions of two men who had left the scene of a vehicle accident earlier near Twin Overlooks.
The stolen vehicle is a 2008 white Dodge Caliber four-door hatchback, bearing Arizona license plate 606-RFC.Authorities identified the men as Travis "T-Bo" Twiggs, 36, and his brother, Willard "Will" Twiggs, 38.Travis Twiggs is a white man, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has facial hair and tattoos on his arms and legs. He is also a heavy smoker.Willard Twiggs is a white man, 6 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds, with shoulder-length blond hair and blue eyes. He also has facial hair and tattoos on his arms and legs.Both men have violent criminal histories. Travis Twiggs also has more than 10 years of military experience and suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder.
