Man Shot, Killed Outside 7-Eleven
Police Believe Argument Sparked Gunfire

PHOENIX -- Phoenix police investigating the shooting death of a man outside a Valley 7-Eleven said it may have stemmed from an argument.Officers rushed to the scene near 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.Police said they believe two people confronted a man inside an SUV. A fight broke out and the SUV driver was shot in the head.Investigators said the driver died at the scene.
The victim's name has not yet been released.The death remains under investigation.
