FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. -- A tip authorities received about a death "wish list" containing 26 names has ended with the arrest of a 13-year-old boy, Maricopa County sheriff's deputies said on Thursday.Deputies said they received a call from school authorities who told them they had information that one of their students had such a list. The list named students, faculty members and a deputy who was once assigned as a resource officer for the Fountain Hills Middle School, the sheriff's office said. The original tip came from a student from a different school to middle school authorities, deputies said. When school authorities approached the boy Thursday morning, they discovered he was carrying the list, deputies said. The school was not locked down, and the boy was turned over to the sheriff's office. The note said little other than naming more than two dozen people the boy wanted dead, deputies said. One name had the words "kill first" in front of it, according to deputies. The boy faces a class six felony for interference with or disruption of an educational institution.
