PHOENIX -- The official National Weather Service reporting station at Sky Harbor International Airport recorded the first 100 degrees temperature of 2007 on Saturday afternoon.At 1:38 p.m., the reading was 100 degrees.The high in Phoenix eventually topped out at 101 degrees at 3:30 p.m., the National Weather Service reported.The record high for the date is 104 degrees set in 1992.
