PHOENIX -- A refugee from Somalia looking for work in Phoenix was shot and killed in an argument that may have been over a parking space at an apartment complex, police said.Officers said a search is under way for the gunman. The victim apparently stopped by the apartment complex to pick up some friends and take them to a Friday prayer service, police said. But when he pulled into the parking lot, an argument with another man ensued, that may have been over a parking space, according to officers.Investigators said the victim was sitting behind the wheel of a minivan when he was gunned down.Apparently, the gunman rammed his car into the back of the van, then got out, opened fire and ran off on foot, officers said. The victim had a wife and eight children in Ohio. The gunman's car has been recovered, so police said they are confident they'll track him down.In a twist, shortly after the shooting, a man came to the parking lot and drove off with the gunmen's car. The man was arrested a few blocks away.Authorities said they hope the man is the key to finding the killer.
