PHOENIX -- Phoenix police served a search warrant Saturday at the home of a man linked to two of the crimes previously attributed to the Baseline Killer.Officers arrived early and set up a mobile command center outside the home of Mark Goudeau, then blocked off streets around 28th Street and East Pinchot Avenue. One by one, detectives removed bags and boxes from the Goudeau home, CBS 5 News reported.Police would not say what they were looking for, or what they removed from the home. At one point, detectives could be seen using metal detectors in the front of the house Goudeau shares with his wife, Wendy Carr.Neighbors said they were puzzled by all the activity."They were digging around in the back yard literally on their hands and knees looking for something," Bill Kural told CBS 5 News.Police said more details would be released next week.Saturday's search is at least the third time detectives have gone though Goudeau's house looking for evidence. They searched it on the day he was arrested and again on Sept 16th.Goudeau, 42, was taken into police custody in early last month after authorities linked him through forensic evidence to two sexual assaults which occurred in September, 2005.Police have stopped short of naming him the suspect linked to the eight murders and 23 incidents tied to the Baseline Killer.
