PHOENIX -- While much of Arizona's $2.8 billion in federal stimulus money has gone to highway and airport projects, small business has seen a boost too.The owner of Blu Sudz Laundry in Phoenix, Jason Blumenthal, said he used $15,000 in stimulus fund to help buy the laundry and upgrade it with new equipment to make it "greener."He was also able to hang onto three employees and hopes to expand the chain and develop his own brand of "green" laundry products. The owner of ETEC in Phoenix used $99 million in stimulus money to help leverage $100 million of investments to develop and move along its system for recharging electric cars as they are parked at businesses and other locations as owners travel from home on the road.Government sources say Arizona should bring in more than $6 billion in stimulus money by the end of 2011.
