Los Angeles Dodgers (65-61) At Philadelphia Phillies (66-59), 1:05 P.m.

(Sports Network) - Tumbling Los Angeles right-hander Chad Billingsley brings a five-start winless streak with him as he takes the mound today for the finale of the Dodgers' three-game series with the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park.

A 23-year-old Ohio native, Billingsley began his 2007 campaign with wins in seven straight decisions before dropping a 9-6 verdict to Colorado on July 29. He's dropped three more decisions and gotten a no decision since, while the Dodgers have lost each of the last five games in which he's appeared.

In his most recent start, Billingsley gave up three runs on eight hits over five innings in a no decision against Colorado on Saturday.

The former first-round draft pick made his lone career start against the Phillies on July 18, getting a no decision after allowing seven hits and four runs over five innings of a 5-4 Los Angeles victory.

Billingsley is 5-2 in 19 road appearances this season, including six starts, and has posted a 3.27 earned run average in 52 1/3 innings away from home.

The Phillies will hand the ball this afternoon to youngster Fabio Castro, who makes his first major league start as a fill-in for the injured Cole Hamels.

Castro was recalled from Triple-A Ottawa, where he went 5-5 with a 3.76 ERA in six starts and 14 relief appearances. The left-hander pitched in five games out of the bullpen for Philadelphia earlier this year and allowed five runs in 3 2/3 innings of work.

The 22-year-old also made 16 relief appearances for the Phillies last season and went 0-1 with one save and a 1.54 ERA in 23 1/3 innings. This will be Castro's first-ever game against Los Angeles.

On Wednesday, Andre Ethier belted a two-run home run in the fourth inning, and the Dodgers pounded the Phillies, 15-3, to even this series.

Matt Kemp went 4-for-6 with two RBI and scored three runs for the Dodgers. Rafael Furcal and Juan Pierre both added three hits in the rout, in which Los Angeles notched 18 hits and its season high for runs.

Right-hander Derek Lowe got his second straight win, having allowed three runs on six hits with three strikeouts over seven innings for Los Angeles.

J.D. Durbin took the loss for Philadelphia after giving up five runs (four earned) on seven hits with a strikeout and three walks over six innings.

Chris Coste homered for the Phillies, who have dropped three of four, while Aaron Rowand had a pair of hits and scored twice.

Philadelphia remained five games behind the Mets in the National League East despite yesterday's loss, but slipped a game behind San Diego for the top spot in the wild card standings.

Shane Victorino, who was activated from the DL after being sidelined since July 31 with a right calf strain, finished 0-for-4 in his return for the Phils.

Los Angeles took two of three games from Philadelphia at Dodger Stadium last month after winning four of the seven matchups last season. The Dodgers also won two of three in last year's visit to Citizens Bank Park.
