Charles Klaver, 53
ARRESTED ON MAY 30
Convictions: Attempted criminal fondling/involuntary sexual battery/failing to register as a sex offender
Escape: In September 2007, Klaver cut off an electronic monitoring device and disappeared
Caught: In Tampa, Fla. thanks to your tips






Richard Kelly, 52
5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds
Convicted of sexual assault. Also has raped women in Washington and New York
Escaped from the Arizona State Hospital in February 2005 when authorities were trying to have him civilly committed as a sexually violent predator
Last seen: On national news, boarding up houses in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina hit in August 2005



Serge Arseneault, 55
5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 pounds
Convicted of indecent exposure. Suspected of approaching a 10-year-old girl in Fountain Hills and trying to get her into his car
Last seen: Fountain Hills
Usually is on foot and is an avid smoker. May be wearing sunglasses and a baseball hat to hide his face
