Britney Spears' fight for custody of her two sons has apparently taken another detour.A court commissioner said that Spears cannot visit her children until she complies with court orders. In an order dated Wednesday, Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon wrote, "Petitioner's (Spears') visitation with the minor children is suspended pending the petitioner's compliance with the court orders." The ruling followed an emergency hearing, the latest in a custody battle between Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline over their sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James. The order does not spell out what directives Spears defied. Spears has been reprimanded in court for not complying with previous court orders. The commissioner has said that this month's custody order taking her children away resulted from her own choices. Among other things, the commissioner ordered her to undergo random weekly drug testing after he found there was evidence that Spears engaged in "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol." She previously could not visit with her children without a parenting coach present. The coach participated in the emergency hearing Wednesday. Both parents were ordered to remain sober around their children. A hearing in the matter is set for Oct. 26.The custody flap is only one of the legal issues Spears is dealing with.Earlier this week, the pop singer had been booked on charges of hit-and-run and driving without a valid license.
