March 12, 2009 - The CBS 5 Red Badge Emergency Pack program has now expanded its reach outside of the Valley. First responders in Williams, Arizona have distributed the E-Packs to local residents in an effort to continue the success of the program. May 8, 2009 - Come join Marlborough Mesa on May 16, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM as they host their first Community Preparedness Fair at the Alma School and Pampa Retention Basin. The event will include food booths, play areas for kids, and various information to help families in today's economic times and emergencies. There will be 25 booths with demonstrations from all participants, including the CBS 5 Red Badge Emergency Pack. Congressman Harry Mitchell, Mesa Mayor Scott Smith, and District 3 Council Member Dennis Kavanaugh will be in attendance. Admission is FREE so don't miss this opportunity to learn about the various city services available to the local Valley communities. You can download the fairgrounds map HERE. June 30, 2009 - As part of Williams' and the High Country Fire Rescue's efforts to expand the awareness of the E-Pack campaign, E-Packs will be distributed every Saturday in July from the Red Lake Texaco station on Highway 64. For more information view the article here.
